Fizz, the Tidal Trickster
Many centuries ago the ancient underwater civilization is built at the foot of the mountain on the sea floor a well-fortified and securely hidden city. None of the numerous attempts to capture him failed. Stronghold steadfastly stood in its place, and its residents, accustomed to absolute safety, turned to the people relaxed and complacent. However Fizz inherited curiosity and adventurism, which was characterized by his forefathers, and the carefree life of the powerful fortifications of the underwater city was not to his liking. Risk and freedom beckoned him out of the fortress, and Fizz repeatedly gets out in search of adventure. Outside the strongholds weak fry than once got into trouble, but nothing could make him good shelter within the walls of his native city. On the contrary, experienced adventure made him stronger and hardier, eventually turning into hardened and resourceful warrior.
Returning home from a regular forays, Fizz has penetrated into the city and, to his surprise, found that it is completely empty. Warrior wandered through the deserted streets, but found no explanation for what has happened. Armed with those found in the ruins of an enchanted trident, Fizz ever left home walls and for years traveled the oceans alone. Intelligence, cunning and dexterity that sea warrior improved since then, as he was curious fry than once saved his life.
Finally, fate brought Fizz in Bildzhvoter port. For the first time faced with a life outside of the water element, the curious traveler climbed ashore to explore the town on the island. Naturally, he soon inadvertently stuck his nose into the affairs of the local residents, and attracted unwanted attention. Behind him a real hunt began: some wanted to kill him, the other – to capture. Fizz crowd drove up to the pier. He was about to say goodbye to their favorite city and return it to the ocean, but this time the port was attacked by a giant shark dragon. Marine stranger knew the weak places and monsters easily defeated him. Angry residents Bildzhvotera instantly turned to gratitude: Fizz remained in the city, found a new home and new friends. Now he stands for Bildzhvoter in League of Legends.

NIMBLE FIGHTER (PASSIVE)
URCHIN STRIKE (Q)
Fizz’s dexterity allows him to ignore unit collision and take (4/6/8/10/12/14) less damage from basic attacks. The amount is increased every 3 levels.
Fizz dashes a fixed distance in the direction of his target, dealing his total attack damage as physical damage plus additional 10 / 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 (+55% of ability power) magic damage to it. The ability will also apply on-hit effects.
SEASTONE TRIDENT (W)
Passive: Fizz’s basic attacks, Urchin Strike and Chum the Waters rend enemies, dealing 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+33% of ability power) (+ 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% of missing health) magic damage over 3 seconds and marks enemies for 6 seconds. Multiple basic attacks will refresh the duration. The damage caps at 270 against minions and monsters.
Active: Resets Fizz’s basic attack timer and empowers his next attack, dealing 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 bonus damage.
If a marked target has bled for at least 2 seconds, Seastone Trident’s damage increases to 75 / 120 / 165 / 210 / 255 (+100% of ability power).
If Seastone Trident’s active kills a unit, 20 / 28 / 36 / 42 / 50 mana is refunded and its cooldown is set to 1 second.
PLAYFUL / TRICKSTER (E)
Playful (Active): Fizz hops onto his trident in a nearby location, becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds and gaining the ability to use Trickster before the effect ends.
If Fizz does not use Trickster, he will slam the ground below him, dealing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+75% of ability power) magic damage and slowing nearby enemies by 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60 % for 2 seconds.
Trickster (Active): Fizz hops off from his trident to a nearby location, dealing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+75% of ability power) magic damage nearby enemies in a smaller area than Playful. This ability will not slow enemies.
CHUM THE WATERS (R)
Fizz throws a fish in a line that will bind itself onto the first enemy champion it hits, increasing Fizz’s magic damage against the tagged champion by 20% for 6 seconds (Chum the Waters is not affected by this bonus). If it doesn’t hit an enemy champion remain on the ground. Regardless of position, after 2 seconds, a Shark will emerge from the earth to eat the fish, damaging, knocking back and slowing enemies for 1.5 seconds.
If Chum the Waters travels less than 455 units, it will summon a Guppy Shark, dealing 150 / 250 / 350 (+60% of ability power) magic damage in a 200 area of effect, slowing enemies by 40%.
If Chum the Waters travels between 455 and 910 units, it will summon a normal shark, dealing 225 / 325 / 425 (+80% of ability power) magic damage in a 325 area of effect, slowing enemies by 60%.
If Chum the Waters travels between at least 910 units, it will summon a massive Gigalodon Shark, dealing 300 / 400 / 500 (+120% of ability power) magic damage in a 450 area of effect, slowing enemies by 80%.
